Refund policy
We are committed to ensuring your shopping experience with us is both enjoyable and satisfactory. We also understand that occasionally, an item may not work out as planned. In such cases, we have a straightforward return and exchange process to assist you.
General Return/Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange To begin a return or exchange, please email us at support@fayymontco.com. Include your order number, and our customer service team will provide clear instructions and helpful support to guide you through the process.
Step 2: Ship Your Product Back Once we have approved your request and provided the return address, please ship the item back within 7 days, following our instructions carefully. We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we can only process your refund or exchange after we have received the item. Please be aware that return shipping costs are not covered by us.
Step 3: Refund/Exchange Processing Upon receiving your returned package, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. After inspection, we will proceed with processing your replacement (for an exchange) or issuing your refund.
Please note: You must contact us to begin the return/exchange process before sending any items back. We cannot accept returns that are sent directly back to the post office or refused upon delivery without prior authorization. Please email us at fayymontco@gmail.com with "RETURN" in the subject line. Furthermore, refunds or exchanges will only be granted for items that fall within the scope of this policy.
Non-Refundable/Exchangeable Items We are dedicated to offering high-quality products. If you receive a defective item, we will gladly accept a return or exchange. However, please note that sizing issues, a simple change of mind, or damage resulting from use, washing, self-repair, or other human intervention do not qualify as quality issues.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition, complete with the original packaging and all tags attached. We cannot issue refunds for any garments that show signs of being worn, washed, or altered. Please also note that items sent as replacements or exchanges are final sale and non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please note that Fayymont.com is not liable for any failed delivery attempts resulting from customer negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, refusing shipment or providing incorrect/incomplete consignee information (e.g., shipping address, contact number, or recipient's name). In such instances, we are unable to provide a refund. If you realize your order information is incorrect, please contact us immediately at fayymontco@gmail.com with your order number and the correct details. We will gladly assist you if the order has not yet been processed.
Returns You may request a return within 14 days of the date you received your items. Do not send items back to the original sender's address on the package. You must contact our customer service at support@fayymontco.com to obtain the correct return shipping address.
Refund/Exchange Timeline Once your returned items have arrived at our warehouse and been confirmed to meet the required refundable conditions, we will initiate your refund or exchange within 5 business days. There are no additional processing fees for this service.
For your convenience, we will notify you via email as soon as your return package is received, informing you whether the items qualify for a refund.
We will send a separate email notification once the refund has been processed. From that point, please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
