How to Measure (Use a Similar Clothing)

1. Chest: Lay the shirt flat and measure across the chest from armpit to armpit. Double this measurement for full chest circumference.

2. Waist: Measure across the waist at the narrowest point of the shirt, typically a few inches below the armpit.

3. Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (near the collar) straight down to the bottom hem.

4. Sleeve (if needed): Measure from the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down to the wrist or desired sleeve length.
